YGG YGGB 硅橡膠電纜

YGG YGGB 硅橡膠絕緣（阻燃）軟電力電纜符合質(zhì)量監(jiān)督中心TICW/04-2009技術(shù)規(guī)范：適用于額定電壓0.6/1kV及以下的高溫范圍和惡劣環(huán)境內(nèi)，作電氣設備電能傳輸線。它具有優(yōu)良的耐高溫、阻燃、耐輻射、耐老化、耐臭氧、防水等特性，并具有很好的耐寒性、耐候性。

一、生產(chǎn)執(zhí)行標準(Executive standard):TICW/04-2009

二、使用特性

1、額定電壓UO/U:600/1000V。

1: Rated voltage UO/U:600/1000V

2、電纜允許工作溫度范圍-60℃～+180℃。

3、短路時(zui長持續(xù)間不超過5S)電纜導體的zui高溫度不超過250℃。

3: Max temperature of cable conductor is no more than 250℃ during short circuit(The longest lasting time isno more than 5s.)

4、電纜敷設溫度應不低于-20℃。

4.Temperature for installing is no less than -20℃.

5、電纜的彎曲半徑如下：單芯電纜彎曲半徑不小于電纜外徑的15D；（D-電纜外徑）；

三芯電纜彎曲半徑不小于電纜外徑的12D。

1、成品電纜導體20℃時直流電阻:應滿足GB/ T3956標準要求，成品電纜導電線芯的直流電阻，換算到電纜長度為1m，標稱截面為1mm2和溫度為20℃時，銅芯線芯應不大于0.0184Ω。

 2、成品電纜絕緣線芯的絕緣電阻：成品電纜絕緣線芯的絕緣電阻，換算到電纜長度為1km和溫度為20℃時，導電線芯

截面在50mm2及以下的應不小于50MΩ,70~185mm2的應不小于35MΩ。

 3、成品電纜應經(jīng)受工頻交流試驗電壓3000V、5min電壓試驗，絕緣無擊穿。

Technical parameter

1. DC resistance of finished cable conductor at 20℃ shall meet the requirement of GB/T3956 standard. Con-ductive core DC resistance of finished cable is no more than 0.0184Ω for cable with cross section 1mm2 under the condition that cable length is 1m and temperature is 20℃.

   2.Insulated resistance of finished cable insulatedconductor will be no less than 50MΩ for cable with con-ductive core cross section 50mm2 or lower and 35 MΩfor cable with conductive core cross section 70 ~185mm2 under the condition that cable length is 1km and tempera-ture is 20℃.

 3: Finished c able shall bear A .C voltage test of 350 0V under power frequency for 5 minutes without puncture of insulation.
