高空升降平臺車潤滑保養(yǎng)工作不到位也會引起零部件的配合間隙較小，潤滑油不易在摩擦表面形成均勻的油膜，并且由于裝配等原因，很難保證配合間隙的均勻性，從而降低潤滑效能，造成機(jī)件的早期異常磨損;嚴(yán)重時會造成精密配合的摩擦表面劃傷或咬合現(xiàn)象，導(dǎo)致故障的發(fā)生。
