三螺桿泵問(wèn)世比較晚，1930年法國(guó)工程師雷涅-摩伊諾（也譯為莫諾）創(chuàng)造*臺(tái)單螺桿泵，1931年瑞典IMO公司發(fā)明三螺桿泵。1943年，德國(guó)鮑曼公司生產(chǎn)外置軸承的雙螺桿泵，從1944年開(kāi)始批量省事，1959年以來(lái)，德國(guó)費(fèi)里茨一基伯格對(duì)單螺桿泵作了重大改進(jìn)，他設(shè)計(jì)和制造了德國(guó)*臺(tái)新型單螺桿泵。截止1972年，市場(chǎng)上所有的螺桿泵轉(zhuǎn)子和定子的幾何形狀還都是1935年研制的。
