DCS介紹：DCS是Distributed Control System的英文縮寫，它的中文之意是是目前的集散式控制系統(tǒng)。DCS由八十年代的儀表盤加PLC的集中控制方式，發(fā)展到今天的DCS，使過去的集中管理操作方式，變?yōu)榧胁僮鞴芾?、分散控制與檢測，運行可靠、功能完善的現(xiàn)代控制系統(tǒng)。
我們公司DCS改造采用了ABB公司Freelance 2000控制系統(tǒng)
. ABB公司是一個*的性跨國公司，現(xiàn)有17萬多雇員，有5000多個分支機構(gòu)遍布140多個國家。這次DCS改造，是由ABB公司提供設(shè)備和，由我們公司自主設(shè)計、安裝，采用了ABB公司開發(fā)的新型控制系統(tǒng)：Freelance 2000現(xiàn)場總線式DCS。Freelance 2000控制系統(tǒng)采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的Windows NT操作界面，其組態(tài)采用DIN/IEC 1131-3標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，提供梯形圖、功能塊、指令表及順序控制功能圖等多種編程語言
結(jié) 構(gòu) 特 征
----DCS 雖 然 經(jīng) 歷 了 幾 個 階 段 的 發(fā) 展 過 程， 但 其 系 統(tǒng) 硬 件 結(jié) 構(gòu) 始 終 保 留 著集 中 管 理（ 包 括 操 作 站、 工 程 師 站 和 上 位 機）、監(jiān) 視 控 制 和 網(wǎng) 絡(luò) 通 信 三 大 部 分， 并 以 實 現(xiàn) 分 散 控 制 和 集 中 管 理 功 能 為 目 標(biāo)。 監(jiān) 視 控 制 站 包 括 三個 方 面 的 功 能：
· 現(xiàn) 場 檢 測 模 擬 量、 數(shù) 字 量 和 脈沖 量 的 輸 入 輸 出 并 進 行 轉(zhuǎn) 換 處 理；
· 各 種 控 制 回 路 的 運 算（ 調(diào) 節(jié) 回 路、 邏 輯 運 算 等）；
· 控 制 運 算 結(jié) 果 的 直 接 輸 出。
---- 工 程 師 站 負(fù) 責(zé) 系 統(tǒng) 的 管 理、 控 制 組 態(tài)、 系 統(tǒng)生 成 與 下 裝。 操 作 站 是 人 機 接 口， 由 微 處 理 器、CRT 顯 示 器、 鍵 盤 和 打印 機 等 組 成， 用 于 生 產(chǎn) 工 藝 的 控 制 操 作、 過 程 狀 態(tài) 顯 示、 bao 警 狀 態(tài)顯 示 以 及 實 時 數(shù) 據(jù) 和 歷 史 數(shù) 據(jù) 顯 示 打 印 等。 上 位 機 實 現(xiàn) 生 產(chǎn) 調(diào) 度 管 理、 優(yōu) 化 計 算、 生 產(chǎn) 經(jīng) 營 管 理與 決 策 等 層 次 的 管 理 和 計 算。 網(wǎng) 絡(luò) 通 信 部 分 負(fù) 責(zé) 各 種 功 能 站 之 間 的 數(shù) 據(jù) 通 信 和 聯(lián) 絡(luò)。DCS 網(wǎng) 絡(luò) 正 在 逐 步 走 向 開 放。DCS 廠 家 也 紛 紛采 用 通 用 標(biāo) 準(zhǔn) 網(wǎng) 絡(luò)， 以 便 于 不 同 廠 家 的 產(chǎn) 品 相 互 連 接 和 通 信。
