1.1 本規(guī)程適用于烏斯太發(fā)電廠兩臺300MW機組(#1機組)DCS系統(tǒng)的日常運行維護工作和一般性檢修調(diào)校ADV561-P00。
1.2 DCS系統(tǒng)在投運前應(yīng)做好必要的項目檢查,檢查合格且一切準(zhǔn)備就緒后系統(tǒng)上電,按照相關(guān)步驟啟動系統(tǒng),并檢查各部分正?;驖M足相關(guān)技術(shù)要求后,系統(tǒng)投入在線運行。
1.3 DCS系統(tǒng)正常運行時,為確保系統(tǒng)處于完好、準(zhǔn)確、可靠狀態(tài),要進行必要的日常與定期維護工作,每日進行一次設(shè)備巡檢,記錄系統(tǒng)各部分的工作狀況,發(fā)現(xiàn)異常問題及時查明原因并進行處理;定期進行有關(guān)內(nèi)容是否符合技術(shù)指標(biāo)質(zhì)量要求的試驗和檢查,并根據(jù)熱控系統(tǒng)的運行工況決定熱控系統(tǒng)設(shè)備的投入與退出。
1.4 DCS系統(tǒng)檢修和調(diào)校的目的是恢復(fù)和確認DCS系統(tǒng)的性能與質(zhì)量;DCS系統(tǒng)的運行維護原則是確保DCS系統(tǒng)狀態(tài)良好和工作可靠。
1.5 DCS系統(tǒng)的大、小修隨機組大、小修同時進行。
1.6 DCS系統(tǒng)檢修的主要內(nèi)容包括:
