1、 什么是DCS?
DCS是分布式控制系統(tǒng)的英文縮寫(Distributed Control System),在國內(nèi)自控行業(yè)又稱之為集散控制系統(tǒng)。
2、 DCS有什么特點?
DCS是計算機技術(shù)、控制技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)高度結(jié)合的產(chǎn)物。DCS通常采用若干個控制器(過程站)對一個生產(chǎn)過程中的眾多控制點進行控制,各控制器間通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接并可進行數(shù)據(jù)交換。操作采用計算機操作站,通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)與控制器連接,收集生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù),傳達操作指令。因此,DCS的主要特點歸結(jié)為一句話就是:分散控制集中管理。
3、 DCS的結(jié)構(gòu)是怎樣的?
上圖是一個較為全面的DCS系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)圖,從結(jié)構(gòu)上劃分,DCS包括過程級、操作級和管理級。過程級主要由過程控制站、I/O單元和現(xiàn)場儀表組成,是系統(tǒng)控制功能的主要實施部分。操作級包括:操作員站和工程師站,完成系統(tǒng)的操作和組態(tài)。管理級主要是指工廠管理信息系統(tǒng)(MIS系統(tǒng)),作為DCS更高層次的應(yīng)用,目前國內(nèi)紙行業(yè)應(yīng)用到這一層的系統(tǒng)較少ADV161-P00。
DCS的控制決策是由過程控制站完成的,所以控制程序是由過程控制站執(zhí)行的。
5、 過程控制站的組成如何?
DCS的過程控制站是一個完整的計算機系統(tǒng),主要由電源、CPU(****處理器)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)接口和I/O組成
6、 I/O是什么?
控制系統(tǒng)需要建立信號的輸入和輸出通道,這就是I/O。DCS中的I/O一般是模塊化的,一個I/O模塊上有一個或多個I/O通道,用來連接傳感器和執(zhí)行器(調(diào)節(jié)閥)。
7、 什么是I/O單元?
通常,一個過程控制站是有幾個機架組成,每個機架可以擺放一定數(shù)量的模塊。CPU所在的機架被稱為CPU單元,同一個過程站中只能有一個CPU單元,其他只用來擺放I/O模塊的機架就是I/O單元ADV161-P00。
I/O單元與CPU是通過現(xiàn)場總線連接的。
