CUTTING AND PUNCHING MACHINE
1、該機(jī)針對12.7~19.05銅管需要大小孔沖孔翻邊、兩頭封口或擴(kuò)縮口的集氣管類型產(chǎn)品的加工而設(shè)計，設(shè)計加工長度為700mm以下。
2、該設(shè)備可實現(xiàn)盤管校直開料、擴(kuò)口、沖大小翻邊孔、兩端端末加工，全自動生產(chǎn)
3、本生產(chǎn)線將以上所有功能均整合在一臺機(jī)上完成、由五個移料機(jī)械手完成工件在各工位的轉(zhuǎn)換及卸料。
4、配一位放料架，具有自動升降功能、上料方便。
1、The machine is designed for the processing of 12.7~19.05 copper pipes which need punching and flanging of large and small holes, sealing at both end or expanding and shrinking openings. The designed processing length is less than 700mm.
2、The machine can be used to process the end hole of the coil pipe first, straighten the end of the pipe and then turn over the hole.
3、This production line integrates all the above functions into one machine, and five i-transfer manipulators complete the conversion and unloading of working in the each station
4、Equipped with a inclined discharging rack , with automatic lifting function
