全自動三維影像測量儀專為平面和三維尺寸測量而設(shè)計(jì)，其大行程達(dá)400×300mm，適用于PCB、LCD、鈑金、航空航天等行業(yè)的大行程測量。它采用移動橋式結(jié)構(gòu)，匯集了行業(yè)內(nèi)*的設(shè)計(jì)理念，以完善的設(shè)計(jì)和的生產(chǎn)流程控制，確保機(jī)臺的精度和穩(wěn)定性。

CNC is a series of Gantry CNC video measuring machines, which are specially designed for large size measurement. The largest measurement range can reach 400× 500mm, and can be applied in the industries of PCB, LCD, sheet metal, civil aviation and space industries, etc. VMG integrates the industry’s most advanced design concepts. 基本測量功能 Basic Measuring Function

可測幾何量：點(diǎn)、線、圓（和平均）、弧、樣條曲線、橢圓、矩形、四邊形、槽、R角、環(huán)、間距、距離、點(diǎn)群等。

It can test the geometric element, including point, line, circle, arc, spline, ellipse, rectangle, slot, ring circle ,gap, distance, point list, etc.

構(gòu)建：中心點(diǎn)、極值點(diǎn)、端點(diǎn)、交點(diǎn)、兩點(diǎn)連線、平行線、垂線、切線、平分線、中心線、合并、輪廓分割、半徑畫圓、三線內(nèi)切圓、兩線半徑內(nèi)切圓等。

It can construct centered, endpoint, insect, connect, parallel, perpendicular, tangent, bisect, combine, etc.

影像量測工具：繪圖點(diǎn)、近邊緣點(diǎn)、聚焦點(diǎn)、圓形框取點(diǎn)、邊緣點(diǎn)、最近點(diǎn)、整體提取、多段提取、紋理分割、多段紋理分割、電子卡尺、快速整理取圓、開放輪廓線、閉合輪廓線、最近閉合輪廓線。

Video measuring tools include drawing point, closed point, focus point, pick point by circle, whole pick, multiple pick, edge trace, largest closed contour, nearest closed contour.

形位公差：直線度、圓度、位置度、平行度、垂直度、傾斜度、同心度等。

It can provide tolerance measurement: include straightness, roundness, position, parallelism, perpendicularity, angularity ａnd concentricity, etc.

坐標(biāo)系：夾具定位坐標(biāo)系、點(diǎn)線、兩點(diǎn)X、兩點(diǎn)Y、三點(diǎn)、兩線、圖像配準(zhǔn)坐標(biāo)系；平移、旋轉(zhuǎn)、手工調(diào)整坐標(biāo)系。

編程與自動化操作 Programming and Automation

可生成任務(wù)進(jìn)行全自動批量測量，并支持自動和手工交互操作。

SPC統(tǒng)計(jì)功能，導(dǎo)入rst文件，可進(jìn)行有效的品管控制。

五.售后服務(wù)承諾書Commitment of After Service

1、安裝調(diào)試和培訓(xùn)Debugging and Training

(1、交貨與安裝調(diào)試Delivery and Debugging：

該儀器到達(dá)甲方儀器安裝地點(diǎn)后，甲方應(yīng)立即通知我公司。我方將在和甲方協(xié)商的日期內(nèi)到達(dá)用戶所在地進(jìn)行安裝，甲方儀器使用人員需提供必要的協(xié)助。

Once the goods arrives in the fitting place, the Buyers should inform the Seller. We will arrive in the Buyers’ location to fit it before the agreed date. The Buyers should provide necessary assistance.

安裝工作一般在一至二天內(nèi)完成，包含機(jī)臺及各零件定位、機(jī)臺調(diào)水平、三軸復(fù)原、CCD定位、線路檢查及功能電路測試等。

The fitting work should be finished within one day, including positioning the main body and its accessory, leveling the body, recovering three axis, locating the CCD, checking the connections and testing the function circuit.

調(diào)試工作一般也在一至兩天內(nèi)完成，包含校驗(yàn)精度等。

The adjusting work is generally finished within one day, including precision correction.

(2、培訓(xùn)Training：

培訓(xùn)地點(diǎn)：在甲方所在地。

Training place: The Buyers’ appointed position.

培訓(xùn)人數(shù)：在儀器安裝驗(yàn)收之后,由乙方安裝工程師對用戶進(jìn)行操作培訓(xùn)（受訓(xùn)人員應(yīng)具有基本的測量常識和電腦知識）。

Quantity of Trainee: After the fitting and acceptance of the goods, the engineer from the Sellers train one or two of the Buyers (the trainee should have basic knowledge of measuring and computer).

培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容：包含機(jī)臺操作使用培訓(xùn)和測量軟件培訓(xùn)，直到操作者能掌握基本操作為止。

Content of Training: Operate the machine ａnd the measuring software till the trainee can master the basic skills by themselves.

2、保修期內(nèi)售后服務(wù)After Service within Guarantee

(1、自安裝、調(diào)試、培訓(xùn)完成之日起一年內(nèi)為產(chǎn)品的保修期。保修期期內(nèi)，在正常使用條件下，若發(fā)生任何因產(chǎn)品本體或組件（含機(jī)臺、電控系統(tǒng)、鏡頭、CCD、軟件）損壞引發(fā)的故障，本公司免費(fèi)為客戶做修換服務(wù)。

The guarantee period is defined as one year after the finish of fitting, debugging and
 

training. During this period, any malfunction of product or accessory (include body, electric controller, lens, CCD, software) will be repaired or replaced by the Sellers for free only under proper use.

(2、保修期內(nèi)測量軟件免費(fèi)升級。

During the guarantee, the software will be upgraded for free.

(3、接到客戶報(bào)修通知，本公司承諾在1個(gè)工作日內(nèi)回復(fù)并提出解決方案。如需現(xiàn)場解決，2個(gè)工作日內(nèi)到達(dá)現(xiàn)場。

TZTEK promises to provide effective solutions after receiving the customer’s notice of repair. If on site solution is needed, our company will arrive there within 2 days.

(4、在保修期內(nèi)，由于如下原因?qū)е庐a(chǎn)品故障，本公司只收取配件成本費(fèi)用。

Within the guarantee, TZTEK will claim charge of cost if the malfunction or damage is caused by follows:

（4.1）在本公司維修站外進(jìn)行修理、搬運(yùn)引起的故障和損壞。

The product is not repaired and carried in the Sellers’s appointed station.

（4.2）人為因素操作不當(dāng)而造成的故障和損壞。

User’s improper operation.

（4.3）自行改裝或私自拆機(jī)而造成的故障和損壞。

  Private refitting or dismantling.

（4.4）由于天災(zāi)、地震、火災(zāi)或其他不可抗力因素而造成的故障和損壞。

Force majeure like earthquake, fire etc.

（4.5）使用非本公司的零配件所引起的故障和損壞。

Accessory used is not appointed byDEXUN 

• 3、二年保修期后的售后服務(wù)
• 二年后實(shí)行終身上門不收取收費(fèi)服務(wù)，每年一次售后回訪，若有零配件需要更換，只收取類配件費(fèi)用。
