　　燃燒法瀝青含量測(cè)定儀操作規(guī)程：

　　★檢查試驗(yàn)室電源是否安全接通。

　　★檢查單片機(jī)電源及燃燒爐電源，接通燃燒爐電源，打開(kāi)控制機(jī)箱右側(cè)的紅色開(kāi)關(guān)，使單機(jī)片進(jìn)入工作狀態(tài)，顯示屏顯示工作菜單。

　　★設(shè)定溫度（通常為540度），校正參數(shù)（初次校正參數(shù)為0），混和料類型。

　　★按下加熱鍵，加熱指示燈亮，燃燒爐開(kāi)始加熱。

　　★當(dāng)爐膛達(dá)到設(shè)置溫度時(shí)，打開(kāi)燃燒爐爐門，此時(shí)加熱自動(dòng)停止，將空料筐放入托盤（請(qǐng)小心輕放）。

　　★關(guān)上爐門，按下加熱鍵加熱，待顯示屏顯示的時(shí)實(shí)溫度不低于500度，試樣重量數(shù)值（此時(shí)為料筐重量）穩(wěn)定后（此時(shí)加熱為3～10min），再按去皮鍵，將試樣重量清0，數(shù)值應(yīng)小于0.2g。（注：必須在去皮重后再打開(kāi)爐門）

　　★打開(kāi)爐門取出料筐，請(qǐng)馬上關(guān)上爐門以免爐膛溫度下降，將所需要試驗(yàn)的瀝青混和料放入料筐內(nèi)，注意不要堆放在一起要平攤放入料筐內(nèi)。

　　★將料筐放入燃燒爐內(nèi)的托盤上，一定要將料筐放置在托盤的中。才能確保試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性。

　　★關(guān)上爐門，迅速按下加熱鍵，加熱指示燈亮，燃燒爐開(kāi)始加熱，顯示屏顯示試樣重量（試驗(yàn)中此數(shù)值不變），加熱30s后，風(fēng)機(jī)開(kāi)始工作，顯示屏上的數(shù)值刷新一次，此時(shí)試驗(yàn)開(kāi)始。

　　★試驗(yàn)中顯示屏上不斷的顯示損失重量的數(shù)值，當(dāng)損失的重量達(dá)到一定的值時(shí)，單機(jī)片自動(dòng)知道試驗(yàn)是否結(jié)束，試驗(yàn)結(jié)束風(fēng)機(jī)自動(dòng)停止工作后，顯示屏上顯示試驗(yàn)結(jié)果，打印機(jī)自動(dòng)打印試驗(yàn)報(bào)告。

　　★打開(kāi)爐門取出料筐并清理干凈，準(zhǔn)備下次試驗(yàn)。

　　★如需要多份試驗(yàn)報(bào)告，請(qǐng)重復(fù)按下打印鍵。

　　Combustion method for asphalt content tester:

　　★Check whether the power of the laboratory is safely connected.

　　★Check the power supply of the single-chip microcomputer and the power of the combustion furnace.Turn on the power of the combustion furnace.Turn on the red switch on the right side of the control cabinet to make the single chip enter the working state.

　　★Set temperature(usually 540 degrees),calibration parameters(initial calibration parameters are 0),mix type.

　　★Press the heating key,the heating indicator lights up,ａnd the combustion furnace starts heating.

　　★When the furnace reaches the set temperature,open the door of the combustion furnace,ａnd the heating will automatically stop at this time.Put the empty basket into the tray(please handle it carefully).

　　★Close the furnace door,press the heating button to heat,wait until the real temperature displayed on the display is not less than 500 degrees,the sample weight value(in this case,the weight of the basket)is stable(at this time,the heating is 3 to 10 minutes),ａnd then Press the Tare key to clear the sample weight to 0.The value should be less than 0.2g.(Note:the oven door must be opened after tare)

　　★Open the furnace door to take out the material basket.Please close the furnace door immediately to prevent the temperature of the furnace from falling.Put the asphalt mixture to be tested into the material basket.Be careful not to stack them together and put them in the material basket.

　　★Put the basket on the tray in the combustion furnace.Be sure to place the basket in the tray.In order to ensure the accuracy of the test results.

　　★Close the furnace door,quickly press the heating key,the heating indicator lights up,the combustion furnace starts heating,the display shows the sample weight(the value remains unchanged during the test),the fan starts to work after heating for 30s,ａnd the value on the display refreshes once At this point,the test begins.

　　★During the test,the value of the weight loss is continuously displayed on the display.When the lost weight reaches a certain value,the stand-alone tablet automatically knows whether the test is over.After the test is completed,the fan automatically stops working.experiment report.

　　★Open the furnace door,take out the material basket and clean it,ａnd prepare for the next test.

　　★If multiple test reports are required,press the print key repeatedly.
