　　四、操作規(guī)程：

　　①本儀器應(yīng)水平放置于室內(nèi)，溫度0℃~40℃，相對濕度不超過80%，無震動、無腐蝕性氣體的地面上，有良好的接地保護(hù)。

　?、谑褂们皺z查水槽內(nèi)的水位，應(yīng)符合測試操作規(guī)程要求，在關(guān)閉所有功能開關(guān)的情況下，接通電源，并檢查攪拌馬達(dá)，延伸動力馬達(dá)是否運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)良好。

　　③調(diào)節(jié)控溫儀到需要溫度，根據(jù)試驗(yàn)要求及環(huán)境溫度需要，啟動制冷或加熱系統(tǒng)功能開關(guān)，同時啟動攪拌馬達(dá)。試驗(yàn)時，請以水槽內(nèi)溫

　　度計(jì)為準(zhǔn)。

　?、芾鍪直D(zhuǎn)一角置空檔，再移動變速箱，將裝滿試樣的試模放置在儀器延伸端的銅圓柱銷內(nèi)，推入手柄使齒輪齒合，即進(jìn)入工作位

　　置。

　　⑤接通變速箱上數(shù)顯裝置電源，打開起動開關(guān)，儀器開始工作，顯示器將顯示延伸長度，在試驗(yàn)過程中，如發(fā)現(xiàn)瀝青細(xì)絲浮于水面或沉入槽底時，則加入酒精或食鹽調(diào)整水的比重至試樣相過再進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)。

　　⑥待瀝青試樣拉斷或達(dá)到試驗(yàn)要求時，按一下計(jì)值開關(guān)，儀器自動計(jì)入該試樣的延伸度，三次過后按計(jì)值開關(guān)，將自動計(jì)算三根試樣的

　　平均值。

　?、吖ぷ鹘Y(jié)束后，關(guān)上電源取出試模，拉出手柄置空檔，將變速箱推回。打開放水閥槽內(nèi)水放干凈，把水擦干，以防生銹。
