五層瓦楞紙板生產(chǎn)線適合大批量自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)。生產(chǎn)出的紙板符合國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，生產(chǎn)效率高，紙板質(zhì)量好，采取集中控制，操作簡(jiǎn)便，維修方便，安全可靠，大大降低了工人勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度。該生產(chǎn)線采用目前節(jié)能方式，用高溫導(dǎo)熱油給整機(jī)提供熱源，比其他加熱方式節(jié)約能源40%以上，大大降低了能耗，有效的壓縮了生產(chǎn)成本，是當(dāng)今經(jīng)濟(jì)型的理想產(chǎn)品，適合大中型紙箱廠使用。 一、整機(jī)總長(zhǎng)度40-55米。
二、整機(jī)總動(dòng)力約55kw。
三、有軸支架、無軸支架兩種，供客戶選擇。
四、瓦裱機(jī)：瓦楞輥直徑240mm-320mm，采用電磁調(diào)速電機(jī)。
五、二次涂膠機(jī)：調(diào)整方便，涂膠均勻。
六、烘干機(jī)：總長(zhǎng)度7.8米，由9-13塊加熱板組成。
七、定型部分：由若干對(duì)成型軸組成，總長(zhǎng)度約3.8-5米。
八、縱、橫切機(jī)：根據(jù)用戶要求可選裝超薄刀機(jī)和普通刀機(jī)兩種，自動(dòng)化程度高，操作簡(jiǎn)便。
九、鍋爐屬無壓節(jié)能型，燃煤能耗約50kg/小時(shí)。本機(jī)升溫從0℃至開機(jī)溫度不超過1小時(shí)，油料基本沒有消耗。

8. Horizontal,Lengthuays slicing marchine: Common knife or superthin knife selected based on customer’s demand,high automatiealy, handy operating.
9. Boiler: consumption of cad: 50kg/h , conventional pressure, almost no oil consumption as temperature raised from 0℃ to working temperature in a hour.

● 瓦楞形狀為通用UV形經(jīng)精心設(shè)計(jì)，縮紙率低，壓制出的紙板質(zhì)量好， 強(qiáng)度高。
● 采用進(jìn)口精密機(jī)床，*的成型磨削和電腦分度工藝，楞型尺寸精度符合 國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
● 楞齒表面經(jīng)中頻淬火處理，上瓦楞輥有中高，呈腰鼓形，使用壽命長(zhǎng)。
