產(chǎn)品概述：
本系列灌裝機(jī)是我司借鑒技術(shù)，自行研制開發(fā)的新一代灌裝機(jī)。它采用活塞式計(jì)量原理，集機(jī)電、氣動(dòng)于一體，設(shè)計(jì)合理，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，具有性能穩(wěn)定可靠，計(jì)量準(zhǔn)確，輕巧靈活，適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)，使用方便等特點(diǎn)。本系列灌裝機(jī)主要有單頭和雙頭兩大機(jī)型。料桶帶攪拌或不帶攪拌的……等等，以滿足不同客戶需求。
本系列灌裝機(jī)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)型選用氣動(dòng)元件為中國(guó)臺(tái)灣Airtec產(chǎn)品，也可根據(jù)用戶要求選用德國(guó)FESTO或日本SMC的。本系列灌裝機(jī)活塞及密封件均采用304#不銹鋼及氟制品材料制成，可耐腐蝕、耐80-98℃的高溫灌裝。廣泛適用于各種含顆粒醬料或粘稠物料、半流體、膏體、醬料、尤其是含顆料物料的灌裝。有多種灌裝量可供選擇。

■  采用全氣動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)，工作不需用電，防爆，且不怕潮濕；

適用范圍：
半自動(dòng)雙頭醬料灌裝機(jī)主要適用于各種含顆?；虿缓w粒的半流體、膏體、醬料、粘稠物料類，如各類膏霜、糖漿、含果肉飲料、蜂蜜等；適用于各種食品醬料、如火鍋底料、辣椒醬、豆瓣醬、甜醬、果醬、花生醬、芝麻醬、番茄醬等。
Product overview:
This series of filling machine is a new generation of filling machine developed by our company for reference of foreign advanced technology. It adopts the piston metering principle, integrates mechanical and electrical, pneumatic, and has the advantages of reasonable design, compact structure, stable and reliable performance, accurate measurement, light and flexible, strong adaptability, easy to use and so on. This series of filling machine mainly has two types of single head and double head. Drum with or without stirring...... And so on, to meet the needs of different customers.
This series of filling machine standard pneumatic components used for Taiwan Airtec products, but also according to user requirements of Germany FESTO or Japan SMC. This series of piston filling machine and sealing parts are made of 304# stainless steel and fluorine products materials, high temperature resistant, corrosion resistant filling 80-98 C. It is suitable for filling various kinds of sauce or sticky material, semi fluid, paste, sauce, especially grain filling material. There are a variety of filling capacity to choose from.
