| ● 該機(jī)使用了模切的方式代替了傳統(tǒng)的開槽方式，將開槽、切角、滾線、切邊幾 道工序合為一體的綜合性新型設(shè)備。 ● 采用進(jìn)口弧型鋸齒刀,模切面平整光滑,無(wú)毛刺。 ● 膠墊輥采用機(jī)械式凸輪槽式橫向移動(dòng)（40mm）結(jié)構(gòu)。 ● 整機(jī)傳動(dòng)采用十字滑塊結(jié)構(gòu)，噴淋式潤(rùn)滑，使傳動(dòng)更平穩(wěn)，有效的延長(zhǎng)齒輪使 用壽命。 ● 模切相位電動(dòng)調(diào)整，刻度盤顯示。 ● 所有傳動(dòng)輥、軸全部鍍硬鉻處理。 ● 開槽切角部*為進(jìn)口高強(qiáng)優(yōu)力刀，使用壽命長(zhǎng)，耐用度高，調(diào)整箱高四刀同 步，節(jié)省換單時(shí)間。 ● 整機(jī)采用哈爾濱密封式滾動(dòng)軸承，高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)性能穩(wěn)定。 |

| ● This machine adopts Die-cutting style to replace the traditional slotting style; This new and synthetically equipment can finish auto slotting,corner-slicing,line-rolling,paper-dividing at once . ● Adopts exported cambered saw-tooth knife,making die-cutting surface smooth and without burr ● The cushion roll adopts mechanical cam path longitudinal moving （40mm） structure. ● The whole machine adopts Oldham coupling structure and Oil-spraying lubrication with steady drive and prolonged gear service life. ● Electric adjustment for die-cutting phase with the scale showing the data. ● All the transmission axle and roller are made by the high-quality steel; plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface. ● Slotting Knife was used to the import high quality knife , which can suitable long-term used ; The slotting knife can adjustment the high of boxes at same time , which can save the changed order time. ● All the machine bearing was used Harbin seal ball bearing , which can guarantee the machine running steady. |
