PROFIBUS的zui大優(yōu)點(diǎn)在于具有穩(wěn)定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN50170作保證,并經(jīng)實(shí)際應(yīng)用驗(yàn)證具有普遍性。目前已廣泛應(yīng)用于制造業(yè)自動(dòng)化、流程工業(yè)自動(dòng)化和樓宇、交通電力等領(lǐng)域。PROFIBUS由3個(gè)兼容部分組成,即PROFIBUS-DP(Decentralized Periphery,分布I/O系統(tǒng))、PROFIBUS-PA(Process Automation,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線(xiàn)信息規(guī)范)和PROFIBUS-FMS(Fieldbus Message Specification,過(guò)程自動(dòng)化)。
PROFIBUS-DP是一種高速、低成本通信,專(zhuān)門(mén)用于設(shè)備級(jí)控制系統(tǒng)與分散式I/O的通信。使用PROFIBUS-DP可取代24V DC或4~20mA信號(hào)傳輸。PORFIBUS-PA專(zhuān)為過(guò)程自動(dòng)化設(shè)計(jì),可使傳感器和執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)連在一根總線(xiàn)上,并有本質(zhì)安全規(guī)范。PROFIBUS-FMS用于車(chē)間級(jí)監(jiān)控網(wǎng)絡(luò),是一個(gè)令牌結(jié)構(gòu)的實(shí)時(shí)多主網(wǎng)絡(luò)。
1.PROFIBUS的協(xié)議結(jié)構(gòu)
PROFIBUS協(xié)議結(jié)構(gòu)是根據(jù)ISO7498標(biāo)準(zhǔn),以O(shè)SI作為參考模型的。PROFIBUS-DP定義了第1、2層和用戶(hù)接口。第3到7層未加描述。用戶(hù)接口規(guī)定了用戶(hù)及系統(tǒng)以及不同設(shè)備可調(diào)用的應(yīng)用功能,并詳細(xì)說(shuō)明了各種不同PROFIBUS-DP設(shè)備的設(shè)備行為。PROFIBUS-FMS定義了第1、2、7層,應(yīng)用層包括現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線(xiàn)信息規(guī)范(FMS)和低層接口(LLI)。FMS包括了應(yīng)用協(xié)議并向用戶(hù)提供了可廣泛選用的強(qiáng)有力的通信服務(wù);LLI協(xié)調(diào)不同的通信關(guān)系并提供不依賴(lài)設(shè)備的第2層訪問(wèn)接口。PROFIBUS-PA的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸采用擴(kuò)展的PROFIBUS-DP協(xié)議。另外,PA還描述了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備行為的PA行規(guī)。根據(jù)IEC1157-2標(biāo)準(zhǔn),PA的傳輸技術(shù)可確保其本質(zhì)安全性,而且可通過(guò)總線(xiàn)給現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備供電。使用連接器可在DP上擴(kuò)展PA網(wǎng)絡(luò)。
2.PROFIBUS的傳輸技術(shù)
PROFIBUS提供了三種數(shù)據(jù)傳輸型式:RS-485傳輸、IEC1157-2傳輸和光纖傳輸。
(1) RS-485傳輸技術(shù)
RS-485傳輸是PROFIBUSzui常用的一種傳輸技術(shù),通常稱(chēng)之為H2。RS-485傳輸技術(shù)用于PROFIBUS-DP與PROFIBUS-FMS。
RS-485傳輸技術(shù)基本特征是:網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)錇榫€(xiàn)性總線(xiàn),兩端有有源的總線(xiàn)終端電阻;傳輸速率為9.6kbps~12Mbps;介質(zhì)為屏蔽雙絞電纜,也可取消屏蔽,取決于環(huán)境條件;不帶中繼時(shí)每分段可連接32個(gè)站,帶中繼時(shí)可多到127個(gè)站。
RS-485傳輸設(shè)備安裝要點(diǎn):全部設(shè)備均與總線(xiàn)連接;每個(gè)分段上zui多可接32個(gè)站(主站或從站);每段的頭和尾各有一個(gè)總線(xiàn)終端電阻,確保操作運(yùn)行不發(fā)生誤差;兩個(gè)總線(xiàn)終端電阻必須一直有電源;當(dāng)分段站超過(guò)32個(gè)時(shí),必須使用中繼器用以連接各總線(xiàn)段,串聯(lián)的中繼器一般不超過(guò)4個(gè);傳輸速率可選用9.6kbps~12Mbps,一旦設(shè)備投入運(yùn)行,全部設(shè)備均需選用同一傳輸速率。電纜zui大長(zhǎng)度取決于傳輸速率。
采用RS-485傳輸技術(shù)的PROFIBUS網(wǎng)絡(luò)使用9針D型插頭。當(dāng)連接各站時(shí),應(yīng)確保數(shù)據(jù)線(xiàn)不要擰絞,系統(tǒng)在高電磁發(fā)射環(huán)境下運(yùn)行應(yīng)使用帶屏蔽的電纜,屏蔽可提高電磁兼容性(EMC)。如用屏蔽編織線(xiàn)和屏蔽箔,應(yīng)在兩端與保護(hù)接地連接,并通過(guò)盡可能的大面積屏蔽接線(xiàn)來(lái)復(fù)蓋,以保持良好的傳導(dǎo)性。
(2)IEC1157-2傳輸技術(shù)
IEC1l57-2的傳輸技術(shù)用于PROFIBUS-PA,能滿(mǎn)足化工和石油化工業(yè)的要求。它可保持其本質(zhì)安全性,并通過(guò)總線(xiàn)對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備供電。IEC1157-2是一種位同步協(xié)議,可進(jìn)行無(wú)電流的連續(xù)傳輸,通常稱(chēng)為H1。
(3)光纖傳輸技術(shù)
PROFIBUS系統(tǒng)在電磁干擾很大的環(huán)境下應(yīng)用時(shí),可使用光纖導(dǎo)體,以增加高速傳輸?shù)木嚯x。可使用兩種光纖導(dǎo)體:一種是價(jià)格低廉的塑料纖維導(dǎo)體,供距離小于50m情況下使用;另一種是玻璃纖維導(dǎo)體,供距離小于1km情況下使用。許多廠商提供總線(xiàn)插頭可將RS-485信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換成光纖導(dǎo)體信號(hào)或?qū)⒐饫w導(dǎo)體信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換成RS-485信號(hào)。
3. PROFIBUS總線(xiàn)存取控制技術(shù)
PROFIBUS-DP、FMS、PA均采用一樣的總線(xiàn)存取控制技術(shù),它是通過(guò)OSI參考模型第2層(數(shù)據(jù)鏈路層)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)的,它包括保證數(shù)據(jù)可靠性技術(shù)及傳輸協(xié)議和報(bào)文處理。在PROFIBUS中,第2層稱(chēng)之為現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)鏈路層(FDL,F(xiàn)ieldbus Data link)。介質(zhì)存取控制(M A C, Medium Access Control)具體控制數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)某绦?,MAC必須確保在任何一個(gè)時(shí)刻只有一個(gè)站點(diǎn)發(fā)送數(shù)據(jù)。PROFIBUS協(xié)議的設(shè)計(jì)要滿(mǎn)足介質(zhì)存取控制的兩個(gè)基本要求:
1)在復(fù)雜的自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)(主站)間的通信,必須保證在確切限定的時(shí)間間隔中,任何一個(gè)站點(diǎn)要有足夠的時(shí)間來(lái)完成通信任務(wù)。
2)在復(fù)雜的程序控制器和簡(jiǎn)單的I/O設(shè)備(從站)間通信,應(yīng)盡可能快速又簡(jiǎn)單地完成數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)時(shí)傳輸。
因此PROFIBUS主站之間采用令牌傳送方式,主站與從站之間采用主從方式。令牌傳遞程序保證每個(gè)主站在一個(gè)確切規(guī)定的時(shí)間內(nèi)得到總線(xiàn)存取權(quán)(令牌),令牌在所有主站中循環(huán)一周的zui長(zhǎng)時(shí)間是事先規(guī)定的。在PROFIBUS中,令牌傳遞僅在各主站之間進(jìn)行。主站得到總線(xiàn)存取令牌時(shí)可依照主-從通信關(guān)系表與所有從站通信,向從站發(fā)送或讀取信息,也可依照主-主通信關(guān)系表與所有主站通信。所以可能有3種系統(tǒng)配置:純主-從系統(tǒng)、純主-主系統(tǒng)和混合系統(tǒng)。
在總線(xiàn)系統(tǒng)初建時(shí),主站介質(zhì)存取控制MAC的任務(wù)是制定總線(xiàn)上的站點(diǎn)分配并建立邏輯環(huán)。在總線(xiàn)運(yùn)行期間,斷電或損壞的主站必須從環(huán)中排除,新上電的主站必須加入邏輯環(huán)。
第2層的另一重要工作任務(wù)是保證數(shù)據(jù)的高度完整性。PROFIBUS在第2層按照非連接的模式操作,除提供點(diǎn)對(duì)點(diǎn)邏輯數(shù)據(jù)傳輸外,還提供多點(diǎn)通信,包括廣播和選擇廣播功能。
4.PROFIBUS-DP基本功能
PROFIBUS-DP用于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備級(jí)的高速數(shù)據(jù)傳送,主站周期地讀取從站的輸入信息并周期地向從站發(fā)送輸出信息??偩€(xiàn)循環(huán)時(shí)間必須要比主站(PLC)程序循環(huán)時(shí)間短。除周期性用戶(hù)數(shù)據(jù)傳輸外,PROFIBUS-DP還提供智能化設(shè)備所需的非周期性通信以進(jìn)行組態(tài)、診斷和報(bào)警處理。
(1)PROFIBUS-DP基本特征
采用RS-485雙絞線(xiàn)、雙線(xiàn)電纜或光纜傳輸,傳輸速率從9.6kbps到12Mbps。各主站間令牌傳遞,主站與從站間為主-從傳送。支持單主或多主系統(tǒng),總線(xiàn)上zui多站點(diǎn)(主-從設(shè)備)數(shù)為126。采用點(diǎn)對(duì)點(diǎn)(用戶(hù)數(shù)據(jù)傳送)或廣播(控制指令)通信。循環(huán)主-從用戶(hù)數(shù)據(jù)傳送和非循環(huán)主-主數(shù)據(jù)傳送??刂浦噶钤试S輸入和輸出同步。同步模式為輸出同步;鎖定模式為輸入同步。
DP主站和DP從站間的循環(huán)用戶(hù)有數(shù)據(jù)傳送。各DP從站的動(dòng)態(tài)激活和可激活。DP從站組態(tài)的檢查。強(qiáng)大的診斷功能,三級(jí)診斷信息。輸人或輸出的同步。通過(guò)總線(xiàn)給DP從站賦予地址。通過(guò)總線(xiàn)對(duì)DP主站(DPM1)進(jìn)行配置,每DP從站的輸入和輸出數(shù)據(jù)zui大為246字節(jié)。 所有信息的傳輸按海明距離HD=4進(jìn)行。DP從站帶看門(mén)狗定時(shí)器(Watchdog Timer)。對(duì)DP從站的輸入/輸出進(jìn)行存取保護(hù)。DP主站上帶可變定時(shí)器的用戶(hù)數(shù)據(jù)傳送監(jiān)視。
每個(gè)PROFIBUS-DP系統(tǒng)包括3種類(lèi)型設(shè)備:*類(lèi)DP主站(DPM1)、第二類(lèi)DP主站(DPM2)和DP從站。DPM1是是*控制器,它在預(yù)定的周期內(nèi)與分散的站(如DP從站)交換信息。典型的DPM1如PLC、PC等;DPM2是編程器、組態(tài)設(shè)備或操作面板,在DP系統(tǒng)組態(tài)操作時(shí)使用,完成系統(tǒng)操作和監(jiān)視目的;DP從站是進(jìn)行輸入和輸出信息采集和發(fā)送的外圍設(shè)備,是帶二進(jìn)制值或模擬量輸入輸出的I/O設(shè)備、驅(qū)動(dòng)器、閥門(mén)等。
經(jīng)過(guò)擴(kuò)展的PROFIBUS-DP診斷能對(duì)故障進(jìn)行快速定位。診斷信息在總線(xiàn)上傳輸并由主站采集。診斷信息分3級(jí):本站診斷操作,即本站設(shè)備的一般操作狀態(tài),如溫度過(guò)高、壓力過(guò)低;模塊診斷操作,即一個(gè)站點(diǎn)的某具體I/O模塊故障;通道診斷操作,即一個(gè)單獨(dú)輸人/輸出位的故障。
(2)PROFIBUS-DP允許構(gòu)成單主站或多主站系統(tǒng)
在同一總線(xiàn)上zui多可連接126個(gè)站點(diǎn)。系統(tǒng)配置的描述包括:站數(shù)、站地址、輸入/輸出地址、輸入/輸出數(shù)據(jù)格式、診斷信息格式及所使用的總線(xiàn)參數(shù)。
PROFIBUS-DP單主站系統(tǒng)中,在總線(xiàn)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行階段,只有一個(gè)活動(dòng)主站。如圖1所示為PROFIBUS-DP單主站系統(tǒng),PLC作為主站。

PROFIBUS-DP多主站系統(tǒng)中總線(xiàn)上連有多個(gè)主站。總線(xiàn)上的主站與各自從站構(gòu)成相互獨(dú)立的子系統(tǒng)。如圖2所示,任何一個(gè)主站均可讀取DP從站的輸入/輸出映像,但只有一個(gè)DP主站允許對(duì)DP從站寫(xiě)入數(shù)據(jù)。

(3)PROFIBUS-DP系統(tǒng)行為
PROFIBUS-DP系統(tǒng)行為主要取決于DPM1的操作狀態(tài),這些狀態(tài)由本地或總線(xiàn)的配置設(shè)備所控制,主要有運(yùn)行、清除和停止3種狀態(tài)。在運(yùn)行狀態(tài)下,DPM1處于輸入和輸出數(shù)據(jù)的循環(huán)傳輸,DPM1從DP從站讀取輸入信息并向DP從站寫(xiě)入輸出信息;在清除狀態(tài)下,DPM1讀取 DP從站的輸入信息并使輸出信息保持在故障安全狀態(tài);在停止?fàn)顟B(tài)下,DPM1和DP從站之間沒(méi)有數(shù)據(jù)傳輸。
DPM1設(shè)備在一個(gè)預(yù)先設(shè)定的時(shí)間間隔內(nèi),以有選擇的廣播方式將其本地狀態(tài)周期性地發(fā)送到每一個(gè)有關(guān)的DP從站。如果在DPM1的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸階段中發(fā)生錯(cuò)誤,DPM1將所有相關(guān)的DP從站的輸出數(shù)據(jù)立即轉(zhuǎn)入清除狀態(tài),而DP從站將不再發(fā)送用戶(hù)數(shù)據(jù)。在此之后,DPM1轉(zhuǎn)入清除狀態(tài)。
