概述

通過(guò)基本單元，ET 200SP 提供了一種采用固定接線的堅(jiān)固而便于維護(hù)的設(shè)計(jì)：

使用插入式端子可單手接線，無(wú)需使用工具
測(cè)量接頭、彈簧型常閉觸點(diǎn)和電纜入口成排布置，十分便于接觸，同時(shí)將所需的空間降低 64%
彈簧型常閉觸點(diǎn)的防故障彩色編碼便于在端子板內(nèi)進(jìn)行更佳安排
可在運(yùn)行期間更換 I/O 模塊而不會(huì)影響接線
可在帶有模塊間隙（缺少 I/O 模塊）的情況下運(yùn)行
I/O 模塊的自動(dòng)編碼可防止在更換期間將模塊意外插錯(cuò)插槽，從而對(duì)電子電路造成破壞
因以下原因而具有較高抗電磁干擾性：
- 自組裝屏蔽背板總線，

設(shè)計(jì)

基本單元 (BU) 可以卡到 DIN 安裝導(dǎo)軌上 (35 x 7.5 mm or 35 mm x 15 mm)。BU 并排安裝在接口模塊旁，因此可以保護(hù)單個(gè)系統(tǒng)組件之間的機(jī)電連接。將一個(gè) I/O 模塊卡到 BU 上后，可以確定相應(yīng)插槽的功能和端子的電勢(shì)。

對(duì)于單導(dǎo)線或多導(dǎo)線連接，提供了帶有合適端子數(shù)的 BU。

負(fù)載分組

可擴(kuò)展的 I/O 系統(tǒng)通常為單個(gè)負(fù)載分組提供了可能。對(duì)于分布式 I/O 設(shè)備，以前需要附加的電源單元，用于與左側(cè)負(fù)載組分離，以及饋入、顯示、監(jiān)視和診斷負(fù)載電壓。它常常還具有過(guò)濾器功能，可提供極性反接保護(hù)。

在新型 ET 200SP 中，所有這些功能現(xiàn)在都集成到系統(tǒng)的基本組件中。對(duì)用戶而言，這意味著不再需要電源單元。這樣為每個(gè)負(fù)載組節(jié)省了一個(gè)附加插槽，從而*地提高了組態(tài)靈活性，節(jié)約了存儲(chǔ)空間。

一個(gè)淺色 BU 可以打開(kāi)一個(gè)新負(fù)載組。傳感器電源必須通過(guò)該 BU 饋入。接口模塊旁的*個(gè) BU 必須為淺色 BU。

深色 BU 可通過(guò)自組裝電壓總線前饋?zhàn)髠?cè)相鄰的淺色 BU 的電源。因此，只有右側(cè)下一個(gè)淺色 BU 需要新饋電。

端子的顏色標(biāo)識(shí)

BU 的端子處的電位通過(guò) I/O 模塊進(jìn)行定義。端子的電位也可以通過(guò)模塊特定的彩色編碼標(biāo)簽對(duì)端子的電位進(jìn)行標(biāo)識(shí)，以避免接線錯(cuò)誤。與相應(yīng) I/O 模塊相匹配的彩色編碼標(biāo)簽通過(guò) I/O 模塊的 CCxx 色碼進(jìn)行定義。該色碼也印在模塊的正面。

為了使電纜屏蔽線的連接能夠節(jié)省空間和提高電磁兼容性，提供了可以快捷安裝的屏蔽連接器。它包括一個(gè)屏蔽連接元件（可以插入到 BU 中）和一個(gè)可用于所有模塊的屏蔽端子。用戶無(wú)需任何附加接線即可實(shí)現(xiàn)功能性接地的低阻抗連接（DIN 導(dǎo)軌）。
