　　三、產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)：

　　?外殼為鋼板，內(nèi)箱體為不銹鋼板加工而成，保溫層為泡沫塑料，體輕耐用，防腐，箱門采用磁膠條封閉，具有造型美觀、控溫精度高等一系列優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

　　?配備密閉式制冷機(jī)組，運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)、噪音小。

　　?加熱器采用不銹鋼管加工而成，防銹防腐，延長(zhǎng)了使用壽命。

　　Third,the product structure

　　?The outer shell is made of steel plate,ａnd the inner box is made of stainless steel.The thermal insulation layer is foam plastic,which is light and durable,ａnd anti-corrosive.

　　四、工作原理：

　　?由加熱系統(tǒng)和制冷系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生升溫和降溫，用控制儀進(jìn)行調(diào)控。

　　?當(dāng)溫度低于(箱內(nèi)溫度)32℃時(shí)，控溫儀繼電器開(kāi)始工作，箱內(nèi)溫度32℃時(shí)，電熱器停止升溫，保持箱內(nèi)32℃恒溫，當(dāng)箱內(nèi)溫度高于32℃時(shí)，制冷系統(tǒng)開(kāi)始工作，箱內(nèi)溫度低于32℃時(shí)，制冷系統(tǒng)停止工作，保持箱內(nèi)32℃±1℃，這樣反復(fù)連續(xù)工作，達(dá)到水泥試體養(yǎng)護(hù)工作。

　　?恒濕控制采用超聲波加濕加濕，控濕儀控制，當(dāng)箱內(nèi)濕度達(dá)不到所需濕度時(shí)，加濕器自動(dòng)向箱內(nèi)加濕，達(dá)到自動(dòng)停止，以保箱內(nèi)濕度恒定在90%。

　　Fourth,the working principle

　　?The heating and cooling systems generate heating and cooling,which are controlled by a controller.

　　?When the temperature is lower than(inside the box)32°C,the temperature controller relay starts to work.When the temperature inside the box is 32°C,the electric heater stops heating up and keeps the constant temperature in the box at 32°C.The refrigeration system starts to work.When the temperature inside the box is lower than 32°C,the refrigeration system stops working and keeps the temperature in the box at 32°C±1°C.This way,the continuous work is repeated to achieve the cement specimen maintenance.

　　?Constant humidity control adopts ultrasonic humidification and humidification,controlled by a humidity controller.When the humidity in the box does not reach the required humidity,the humidifier automatically humidifies the box and stops automatically to ensure that the humidity in the box is constant at 90%.
